Requests and paid work
Submitting a request is free and creates no purchase obligation. We may decline any inquiry. Paid sourcing work starts only after a written scope, deliverables, fee, refund conditions and expected timeline have been agreed. No public website calculator creates a binding order or payment entitlement.
Fees and refunds
A $19 search task, when agreed, covers one specified product and up to three reasonable options where available; buyer approval is required before commencing. If no usable option is found, outcomes and any refund are determined by the specific written service agreement and applicable consumer law. A finished, clearly defined research task is different from a guaranteed successful purchase. Product refunds, returns and shipping disputes depend on the supplier terms and applicable legal rights, which cannot be waived by a general website statement.
Purchasing and shipping
Clients pay product suppliers directly whenever the supplier can lawfully accept payment. We collect only agreed agency-service fees, not product funds. Product values and supplier quotes are time-sensitive. International shipping, packaging, import restrictions, taxes and delivery are variable; we do not guarantee clearance, deadlines, product performance or third-party carriers. Large items need a written logistics feasibility review before buying.
Privacy
When a configured inquiry endpoint is active, we collect the contact name, email, product requirements, quantities, destination, and any optional product links you submit to respond to your inquiry. This information is transmitted to the configured email delivery provider and receiving inbox. We do not request passwords, identification records or payment-card numbers in the form. Do not submit sensitive personal data. Inquiries may be retained as needed to respond and comply with obligations. To request access or deletion, reply to the email correspondence through which you contacted us. A fully established controller contact email and retention schedule must be published before accepting live submissions.
Marketing, analytics and cookies
No third-party ad scripts or analytics cookies are installed in this package. Later advertising or analytics will require an updated disclosure and any legally required consent choices.

Future product or logistics recommendations may include clearly disclosed affiliate links, which may earn compensation. No affiliate relationships, paid endorsements, or advertisements are currently active.
Legal and identity disclosure
This site does not claim to be an incorporated entity or an appointed agent of a specific manufacturer. The legal service provider identity, operational contact and any required commercial registration and consumer disclosures must be completed before accepting live paid transactions.
