How payments work
You pay suppliers directly. We charge only for our agency work.
Product and shipping payments go to the independent supplier and freight provider whenever they can accept lawful cross-border payments. We never ask you to transfer the full product value to our service.
Only agency fee to Qingdao Sourcing Agent
If direct supplier payment is not available, we explain the limitation and may decline the order. We do not promise seller or carrier protection.
Refunds & disputes
Fees for finished and properly delivered work are not automatically refundable just because you decide not to order. Refunds for incomplete or misdescribed work are considered under the written agreement, applicable law and the payment provider’s rules. Chargebacks remain possible.
We retain the agreed scope, dated invoice, written deliverables, communication and delivery evidence. A payment processor or bank may still reverse a transaction following its rules. No service fee is guaranteed non-refundable.
Example: An accepted $19 research assignment is invoiced separately. If you later order $500 of beauty products, the normal agency fee is $49 minimum; an eligible prior $19 research payment may be credited once, leaving $30 due for that agency stage. You pay the $500 product invoice straight to the supplier; freight is paid to a separate logistics provider. This example does not include taxes, payment fees or inspection costs.
